| Mr. Rowland has been with the company full time since 1990 and has served in multiple capacities throughout the organizational structure. He was promoted to the Director of Trucking Operations and is responsible for Quality Control, Truck Utilization, Logistics, Training, Cost Analyst as well as management of six terminal locations within the Gulf region. Randy is currently heading up a Process Improvement Team that critiques and redevelops all processes within each department throughout all terminal locations. |
